Rental Rates

2024 - Rate £630/week throughout the year (£90/night) including 7% IGIC tax

2025 - Rate £665/week throughout the year (£95/night) including 7% IGIC tax

2026 - Rate £700/week throughout the year (£100/night) including 7% IGIC tax

STAY FOR ANY PERIOD (minimum 7 days)

SAME RATE ANY WEEK OF THE YEAR (no high season penalty)

You will be required to pay in British £.

The rate quoted is for the villa per week for a maximum occupancy of 2 adult guests.

Changeover day is flexible.

Minimum rental period is 7 days.

A non-refundable deposit payable on reservation of £15 per night booked.

The balance is payable 8 weeks before date of arrival.

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Payment direct into our bank account, online or in branch or via telephone banking

We do not accept cheques or card payments.

The villa will usually be available from 3.00pm on your day of arrival. We would ask you to vacate the villa no later than 10.00am on your day of departure. Luggage can be stored at reception after check out and the pool and the complex's facilities remain available until you need to leave for the airport.
