The Villa

This single-storey villa is light airy and spacious with an open plan lounge/diner with newly fitted kitchen, a double bedroom and refurbished bathroom. Outside there is a private sun terrace with patio table and chairs, barbeque, sunbeds and shaded area under the large pergola.

There is flat screen satellite TV in the lounge, providing British, Spanish, German and Italian channels and a DVD player. There is also a satellite TV in the bedroom. Also provided is free Wi-Fi internet connections, login codes are available from reception. There is a hob and oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric fans and a hairdryer. There is also a travel cot suitable for an infant, guests should bring their own linen if intending to make use of this.

The double bedroom has twin beds (these can be pushed together like a double if required) and there is a large double wardrobe with plenty of storage space, a small wall safe and satellite TV. Air conditioning is provided in the bedroom at an extra charge. It can be booked in advance at a charge of £25 per week, plus a refundable deposit of €50 for the remote control, payable at reception. If you find you need the air conditioning after arrival this can be arranged at reception at a charge of €30 per week, plus €50 refundable deposit for the remote control.

The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity unit and mirror. Bath towels and toilet paper are provided, green swimming pool towels are available from reception. If you are staying longer than a week there will be a change of towels, bed linen and cleaning each week.

Both bedroom and bathroom windows have mosquito screens.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the villa.
